Is shipping free?

We are happy to offer free shipping to all orders $25 and above, shipping anywhere within the contiguous United States. If your order is under $25, there's a $5 flat rate fee to cover the cost of fulfilling small orders. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Mexico, we offer affordable shipping rates through USPS that are automatically calculated at checkout. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. As soon as your package is ready to ship, you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number. Orders typically deliver within 3-7 business days from when we ship your order.

Can you expedite my order?

If you need to expedite your order, please email hello@wildandwolf.com and we'll provide you with available options. 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the USA, Canada and Mexico. If you live outside North America, please visit store.wildandwolf.co.uk for international shipping. 

I received a damaged item. What do I do?

If you have received defective or damaged merchandise, please send a photo of the damaged item to hello@wildandwolf.com within 10 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. If you do not notify us within 10 days of receipt, credit or replacements cannot be issued. If you have additional return or exchange questions, please feel free to email hello@wildandwolf.com.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please email hello@wildandwolf.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Since we try our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, any adjustments or cancellations after 1 hour cannot be completed.

If you would like to change items in your order, please call or email us to cancel your existing order within 1 hour. Then, you can place a new order for the correct items.

If you would like to cancel your order after the 1 hour grace period, please wait for your order to arrive and follow the return instructions below to receive a full refund.

What's your return policy?

Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality products that you will love and adore. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement within 30 days of your original order date. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not provide pre-paid return labels​. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return. Please email hello@wildandwolf.com to start the return process.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the amount paid for the merchandise when returned within 30 days after the order was received. Merchandise must be returned in their original packaging and be new and unused in order to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued for the full amount of the purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 5 business days for online refunds to be processed, and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Are your products safe for children?

Yes. All of our products are tested to the highest safety standards. 

Where are your products made?

Our products are ethically sourced from factories in China and Taiwan. We actively work with our suppliers to set targets and goals for improved ethical and social standards. Our ultimate goal for the future is to work exclusively with factories that aim to be carbon neutral, who use renewable energy and send no waste to landfill.
