We are happy to offer free shipping to all orders shipping anywhere within the contiguous United States. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Mexico, we offer affordable shipping rates through USPS that are automatically calculated at checkout.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. As soon as your package is ready to ship, you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number. Orders typically deliver within 3-7 business days from when we ship your order.

Since we try our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or make changes to an order once it has been confirmed. Please wait for your order to arrive and refer to our return policy below to request a refund or exchange.

If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement within 30 days of your original order date. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not provide pre-paid return labels. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return. Please email email@example.com to start the return process.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the amount paid for the merchandise when returned within 30 days after the order was received. Merchandise must be returned in their original packaging and be new and unused in order to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued for the full amount of the purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 5 business days for online refunds to be processed, and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Returns received after 30 days will be eligible for store credit. Merchandise must be returned in their original packaging and be new and unused in order to be eligible for store credit. Merchandise returned after 60 days from receipt will not be eligible for store credit.
If you have received defective or damaged merchandise, please send a photo of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. If you do not notify us within 10 days of receipt, credit or replacements cannot be issued. If you have additional return or exchange questions, please feel free to email us at email@example.com.
If you wish to exchange your purchase for different merchandise, please return the product(s) you'd like to exchange as instructed under "Returns" to receive a refund. Then, place a new order for the new product(s) you would like to order.
All items ending in $0.99 are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.
